BRENNAN REAL ESTATE 

Brennan asked us to develop a new identity and visual messaging strategy to be used across media for their high-end real estate firm. What initially began as branding and a website for the Brennan brokerage has expanded to include three other business lines, corresponding websites and collateral. The overall identity needed to serve as a unifying image, yet allow for the creation of a coherent set of visual communications targeting their four very different audiences. This business growth has all taken place within the last five years, as a testament to success of the new identity and marketing strategies that we developed.

Brennan Identity

Working in collaboration with the Brennan team, we identified the goal for the new messaging strategy: to communicate that Brennan is synonymous with vision, knowledge, and expertise, and to position the company as specialists in a high-end business sector. This positioning would not only differentiate Brennan from its competitors, but would help the company build on its achievements, and grow the business. The outcome is a visual brand that has significantly raised the profile of the company, and that sets it apart from the competition.

The logo mark that we developed for Brennan suggests a window, a door, a view into a space, or looking out of one. With references to space and architecture, the mark represents the idea of personal space on the Marketing & Sale’s and Property Management sides, and the vision required when developing new real estate ventures on the Development and New Development Marketing sides.

Brennan Collateral

The Brennan collateral design is one unified design concept with additional elements to identify each piece's particular line of business within Brennan Real Estate – Marketing & Sales, Development, Rise, and Property Management.

Brennan wanted one business card design for three lines of business (Development, Rise, and Property Management) shown here, and a different version for the Marketing & Sales line to be used by Brokers and Salespeople.

The Marketing & Sales website is a destination for buyers and sellers of condo's, co-ops and townhomes in New York City. The website features exclusive properties, but also integrates Nestio's API giving users complete access to any listing added to Nestio's extensive listing database.

Integration of the Nestio API also allowed for specific agents to market their individual and group listings, pull closed deal data to their team page, and self-promote in general.

One of four in a system of printed brochures for the four areas of the Brennan corporate family, as well as the business card for Brokers and Salespeople. This brochure, for Brennan Marketing & Sales, targets their two types of audiences — property buyers and property sellers — by uniquely positioning each parallel to one another. Hence the tagline "for every seller looking out, there is a buyer looking in."

As part of a larger system, the front and back of the brochure became a more abstract representation of the nature of marketing and sales — the feeling of an empty room, coming or going... An infographic on the inner right panel charts the three core avenues of Brennan's network necessary to maximize property selling potential.

The Development website quickly followed the Marketing & Sales website, and was designed as a destination for clientele seeking comprehensive new building development and/or rehabilitation services in New York City. Featuring a portfolio comprised of both completed work, and current market opportunities, the website's visual language hosts satellite imagery of the locales of each project.

The development site uniquely works in tandem with both the Marketing & Sales and Rise websites — new developments benefit from an early and comprehensive marketing strategy via Rise services, and the individual residences or rehabbed properties can be listed and sold via the Marketing & Sales website — showcasing the breadth of Brennan Real Estate.

Development COLLATERAL

The second of four in Brennan's brochure system, the development brochure targets their audiences of investors and developers — through expressions of unmatched market knowledge, extensive experience, and a suite of comprehensive services. Hence the tagline for Brennan Development "building on a solid foundation."

The front and back of the brochure became a more abstract representation of the nature of real estate development — the shaping of the landscape. An infographic on the inner right panel graphs the types of returns, and the expected risks and returns associated with each type.

Recognizing the need and expectation of grandeur when it comes to marketing new buildings in New York City, the Rise website was created as a destination for clientele seeking comprehensive marketing strategies and products for new property developments in New York City. The site showcases Brennan's white-glove, multifaceted approach to the disposition of newly developed properties. 

Project pages on the Rise site connect to corresponding pages on the Development and Marketing & Sales websites as applicable — once again reaffirming the wide spectrum and connectivity of the services of Brennan Real Estate companies, and leveraging the breadth of Brennan's capabilities and experience.

The third of four in Brennan's brochure system, the Rise brochure targets their audience of real estate developers through a portrayal of Brennan's approach to the disposition of newly developed properties in New York — that the successful disposition of new products to market is an event, involving a highly strategic process that works in tandem with the actual development process itself. Portraying the act of disposition as an event informed the tagline we created for this brochure: "where breaking ground, can be groundbreaking."

The front and back of the brochure became a more abstract representation of the potential of product disposition — an open door. A lengthy infographic on the inner panel charts the parallel processes of property development and rise services — emphasizing the need for early and comprehensive marketing strategies.

As the final addition to the Brennanre.com suite of websites, the Property management site was designed for property owners in New York City interested in management services, but also hosts owner and tenant portals used as a tool for existing clientele.

Featuring a three-pronged approach to property management, the website emphasizes the Brennan team's strengths — developing and managing organized and actionable solutions for all types of management needs.

Property Management collateral

The Property Management brochure completes the brochure system. Designed to reach their target audience of building owners in New York City, the brochure encapsulates Brennan's approach to management— categorizing and listing types of individual services into areas of operations, finances, and facility maintenance.

Their all encompassing, top-to-bottom approach informed the tagline "from the top floor, to the bottom line." Imagery on the front of the brochure became a more abstract representation of property management — a full, occupied building.
