Red Hook Post (RHP), is a new post facility by long time industry professional Tom Efinger. RHP offer a full array of post services in both audio and video, with expert operators, and streamlined workflows. We were asked to develop an identity for this new venture that not only represents the clients and projects that Red Hook Post undertakes, but also suited the trailblazing and creative nature of the community where it is located.

NYFA

Starting in 2000, NYFA commissioned Level Group to develop a unique brand identity for the foundation. Working closely with key staff, we helped identify the core message of the foundation — the support and nurturing of the individual artist — and developed a visual strategy across multiple platforms that brought this idea to the forefront of all of their visual communications. The outcome is over thirty print pieces, a website, and motion graphics that all express a coherent set of ideas and visuals that represent the organization.

Arts & Athletics + Re-Create

Arts & Athletics + Re-Create

Arts and Athletics and Re-Create are two related yet distinct companies. Director Neil Fitzgerald asked us to develop a new brand identity for each that acknowledged their connection, but was directed toward specific audiences within different contexts: Arts and Athletics to k-12 children in a school setting, and Re-Create to wider audience from preschoolers to adults with its own retail location in Manhattan.

 The Pratt Graduate Communications Design department wanted to express its core qualities to prospective students, and Level Design Partner Jennifer Bernstein / Visiting Associate Professor GradComdD was asked to lead that effort. Dialogue is central to a GradComD student’s education and thus it is the central concept around which this publication was constructed. The book reflects how — as designers — we are constantly engaged in multiple dialogues with ourselves, our community, and our work.   In Dialogue has won awards from Graphis, Core77, Good Design®, 50 Books | 50 Covers, University & College Designers Association, and the Print Regional Design Annual.      learn more >

Express Newark

Express Newark

Express Newark (EN), located in the historic Hahne & Company building in Newark, NJ, is dedicated to a collaboration between community partners and Rutgers University-Newark in which community and university communicate on equal footing in what has been called a "Third Space." Level Group was asked to create a Temporary Website for Express Newark for its Grand Opening, and is currently working on designing and developing the full Express Newark site, to be launched in Fall 2018.

Empire Dragons NYC

Founded in 2009, Empire Dragons NYC is New York City's first and only cancer survivor team comprised of members from throughout the tri-state area. Level Group was asked to create new branding for the organization, including a logo refresh, website, and collateral materials.
