Center for Motivation & Change

Center for Motivation & Change / CMC is a nationally recognized group practice in New York City, Long Island and The Berkshires specializing in the treatment of substance abuse and compulsive behaviors. We were asked to develop a coherent identity across multiple media that reflects the unique nature of the Center’s approach and what differentiates it from similar organizations.

It has been a great experience working with Level and they have helped us create a website that is beautiful, functional, and different from our competitors. They were patient with us and gave us several well thought out options to choose from initially…then were imaginative in helping us create an identity package that meets all of our needs and will adapt as we grow. CMC Identity

We developed a brand strategy which focuses on the emotional nature of the Center’s work, expresses the practices’ core ideas, and where the two distinct audiences of prospective clients and clinicians could feel important and welcome.

There was an eventual need for an identity system that accomodates the individuality and nature of each CMC facility and/or location, yet ties all entities together under the CMC name.

As part of the larger CMC collateral system, the CMC: New York brochure is an introduction for prospective doctors and patients to the New York facilities, their team, and their general approach to various treatments.

CMC: Berkshires Collateral

The newest addition to the CMC community is CMC: Berkshires, a fully-equipped, beautiful treatment facility located in the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts.

This booklet was designed as a tool to market the new location to doctors, clinicians, and patients — featuring it's majestic locale, expert staff, top-rate facilities and equipment, and innovative treatments and programs. 

 

CMC: corporate Collateral

When CMC first approached level to craft a brand identity, they also expressed a need for pieces of printed collateral that could generally market CMC services, but with the flexibility to incorporate facility/location-specific information and criteria. 

Our solution was a booklet that covered the general principles of the CMC brand, with a back pocket that would serve to hold various printable inserts, depending on the individual needs of audiences and facilities.

 

Website + Blog

We created a web site that reflects the Center’s mission, is inviting and user-friendly, and allows users to navigate through layers of information, choosing to go “deeper” when necessary.

The “flowing” navigation and clean, emotive imagery gives a comforting yet information rich experience to the user.
